One year later – A twisty tale… Part I





Date - 28th December 2011 - 03 PM IST
Scene – Pune Railway Station

As always one of the most crowded and chaotic place in Pune; but you literally don’t have choice but navigate yourself with Luggage ensuring your Family is not left behind… So what I was doing here – well came to drop Sheetal (wife), Shubh (Son), Parv (well he was practically there as Sheetal was 3 month pregnant then) Neha (Sister) and Amit (Bro in law). Neha and Amit were in Pune and now going back to mandsaur and Sheetal was going to Surat to spend some quality time with her parents; not as if she don’t spend quality time with me but you know what I mean… J

Well train departed; bid adieu and being one of the professional lot – I went back to office and after some time it started… Slowly but I started feeling a minor irritation on skin below my right eye; not something which was troubling me but it made its presence felt throughout the day

Scene – Alone@Home Sweet Home

The worst moment I feel when family is away is to be in home as it’s so silent and lonely compared to lively and fun environment which we all live in… Well this little tiny irritation thing which I was now thinking as early sign of conjunctivitis (Terrible analysis!!) was still there but it has slightly increased its irritation surface as if my face was a battlefield… and i was still ignoring it that it will go away and I continued to royally ignore (I am good at ignoring I guess) it and ordered my dinner from an eatery close by as Sheetal was away L

Dinner came; took first bite and some thing was a miss; food looked good, it tasted good but something was wrong… what? Anyways took some more bites and I realized that I am not able to chew with that strength from my right side of jaw... I mean what the @#$#% - what’s wrong. Quickly checked my face in mirror and by that time all looked good. Somehow finished my dinner and went to sleep…

Date - 29th December 2011 - 03 AM IST
Scene – Alone@Home Sweet Home

Well whenever I goes to bed with a feeling that something is wrong; I never get sound sleep and today was no difference… woke up at 3 AM as irritation surface has expanded and whole right side of my face was a battlefield now… believe me not a good situation to be in specially when you are alone at home and time is 3 AM – checked myself in mirror. Now God has its own ways to send signals J - I yawned in front of mirror and realized that my right side of mouth is not opening properly... totally shocked but it was just the beginning to get shocked…

Thank you Captain… Saturday 18th January 2014 – a date I am not gonna forget easily.  OK – so day begin pretty early or should I say Night ended pretty soon when I departed from Pune at 2 AM for Mumbai; as I have to catch flight to Varanasi… It’s one of the shortest trip I was making to Varanasi – 24 hours and back (btw that’s the minimum one way travel time; if I would have taken service of Indian Railways’ - considering no delays in Foggy weather of North – Love Fog BTW- reminds me of some dear ones… ) Ok so at Terminal A1 awaiting Air India’s flight AI 695; not that great Terminal I would say as my mind was comparing it with “Exclusive T2 Terminal” pictures that every News channels was showing; just wonder every news channel has it and then also its “Exclusive”. The Panic Handlers...

Hey Nitin – Did you saw that mail…? We should respond “ASAP in next 5 minutes”. Me – Okkkkkkk… Which mail? You have not checked your mails yet… (As if it’s a crime in India not to check mails as soon as they come)  Me – Ahhh my outlook is acting bit weird you see - Long Live MicrosoftJ. And when I finally got to know which mail s\he was referring to I didn’t found any reason why we need to respond ASAP in 5 Minutes… BTW either it’s ASAP or 5 min; till now no theory has proved that ASAP = 5 minutes. Again it depends who is asking; so if your wife is asking to do a household stuff it’s by default ASAP and you are supposed to leave everything aside - get up right away and start doing it…  If your colleague is asking who is in direct completion with you then you have lifetime to do that work may be in next life if you wish to ;). If your Boss is asking you to do it mean you are already Late and you should have already done it by official standards – Lazy Bum J We all...

I failed and i am glad i did...

 Dedicated to all Respected Ladies I know Generally i don’t write Blogs (Notes) now days... (Though I want to write more often)   in fact it’s rare now that i anything apart from writing business mails... Life is kind of dedicated to writing mails from outlook - Accenture account :) So why suddenly on a Chilly Monday morning i am writing this blog to all Ladies out there… Reason is simple - a realization; something which i always thought that i knew or understand it but i never did... what i knew was miles away from  reality... ok i know you are going crazy ki kyaa bol raha hai - so let’s come to point – 4 days back i.e. on Friday Morning Sheetal (my dear wife) has to go to Varanasi; and we took a decision that Shubh (my 6 old year son) will stay with me in Pune...
